MX1164 Inverted Leg Press Attachment

The Inverted Leg Press Attachment mounts onto the BodyKore Universal Trainer’s smith bar.  The heavy gauge steel plate fits in custom divots designed onto the MX1162 Smith Bar and allows the user to position themselves directly underneath and press the plate upwards alleviating pressure directly onto the spine.  The resistance can be adjusted with Olympic plates directly placed onto the MX1162 counter balanced smith bar.  The attachment also comes with side handles that attach the MX1162 number columns that the user can use for support throughout the exercise.
