The Bumper Plate set comes with 260lbs of Bumper Plates and a 45lb Olympic Bar. The 260lbs include 2x 45lb, 2x 35lb, 2x 25lb, 2x 15lb, 2x 10lb plates and the 7’ Olympic Bar is a 28mm diameter with bearings and over 1000lb rating.
